20 million dollars is available for occupational skills training for companies and their new and existing workers through the Employer Training Grant!

The money is on a first come, first serve basis!

To start the process interested companies need to go to https://www.nextleveljobs.org/ and click on the Indiana Employers Tab. Follow the steps to complete and submit company and contact information and type of training requested. The initial application form takes less than five minutes to complete, and a member of the DWD Business Services Team will be in touch with you within 28 to 48 hours.

Following this contact from DWD you will then be contacted by a regional Employer Engagement Team member to provide support and guidance with your training grant submission. Via this grant, a company can receive up to $50,000 in reimbursements to train your workforce in eligible, high-growth fields and occupations (see below list).
