Southeast Indiana Workforce Investment Board’s (SEIWIB) mission is to help Hoosiers in Southeast Indiana find and grow in careers that are productive and fulfilling, and to help employers find qualified personnel that they need to be successful. WorkOne SE is part of Indiana’s statewide network of free career centers, serving as a one-stop shop for job seekers and businesses by connecting people with jobs, training, career counseling, and essential workplace skills. Their service area covers 10 counties, including Ripley County. They offer services like resume assistance, interview coaching, computer labs, workshops, and access to training programs to help Hoosiers find better jobs or careers and assist employers in finding qualified staff.
