Mrs. Moorman, the Jac-Cen-Del Business Class and the Upper Room Cafe partnered together to open the Eagle’s Brew at Jac-Cen-Del High School. Their first official day was on February 20th where they served 28 drinks before the start of school. The coffee shop is open two days a week before school, where students and staff can purchase all sorts of coffees, lattes, frappes, cappuccinos, teas and more.
Through this class assignment, the students learn what it takes to run a business and get hands on training. The students will also choose a community charity to donate a portion of the profit during the school year.
