You are considered a long-distance caregiver if you live an hour or more away from a person who needs care. This distance can bring about challenges in managing the needs of your loved one or supporting the efforts of the local primary caregiver. If you are the nearby caregiver, you may have relatives or friends who ask, what can I do to help and you are not sure what to suggest. Join us on Aug. 15th as we discuss these issues to help you in your caregiving role. Presented by Ann Edwards.
