New Wage Scale for LPN’s & RN’s
LPN: Starting wage – $32.25
RN: Starting wage – $37.50
.25 per year of experience up to 8 years
Job requirements:
Must have GED or equivalent
must have active nursing license within the state of Indiana
Required experience:
long term care or skilled nursing 1 year
$2 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shift
$10,000 sign on bonus
