The Women’s Giving Circle is a collaboration of charitable women who combine their treasure and passion to create opportunities for the women and children of Ripley County. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join the effort. A portion of all sponsorships and memberships are invested into the Linda S. Phaneuf Women & Children Fund and a portion funds annual grants.
