Congratulations To The Chamber’s Newest Member!
Founded 15 years ago, The Ripley County Humane Society, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(C)3 “No Kill” shelter that provides quality care and shelter for stray, abused, injured or unwanted dogs and cats in a clean, safe, nurturing, cost-effective environment, resulting in securing a “Forever Home” for every animal regardless of the amount of time involved in the effort.
The Ripley County Humane Society is NOT owned, managed or operated by Ripley County. It is supported entirely through donations, adoption fees, grants and memorials. It is located at 1202 W County Road 150 North off of Highway 421 between Osgood and Versailles. We invite everyone to stop by for a visit anything during our open hours, 11:00 to 4:00 p.m., seven days a week.
Those wishing to adopt a pet, volunteer, make a donation through various means or establish a memorial can access information at their website: www.rchumane.com
The telephone number is 812-689-3773 and the e-mail address is [email protected]. Please consider helping us to place our animals in “Forever Homes.”
